As owner of Baja Tanning, I found the story on seasonal affective disorder, or SAD, very interesting. It reported the need for more vitamin D in addition to light therapy to help people cope with the winter blues or lack of sunshine. The word sunshine was only mentioned once in the context of 32,000 to 130,000 lux (a measurement of luminous power per area).
